Hi, we're Celia Sarajian, RN, BS, MA and Sandra Costantino, BA. We are the founders and Executive Directors of NEIGHBORHOOD NANNIES, INC. We are proud to say that NEIGHBORHOOD NANNIES has been providing high quality nanny services in Haddonfield, N.J. for the past 26 years. We were the first Nanny Agency to open in the State of New Jersey and we are only one of a very few ORIGINAL U.S. Nanny Agencies who are still in business. This means we KNOW HOW TO MATCH FAMILIES AND NANNIES SUCCESSFULLY.
We are both mothers who worked outside of the home while our daughters were young. Celia is a Masters Level RN who formerly worked as the Director of Nursing for the Camden County Red Cross where she was a Parenting Instructor Specialist. Sandra is a former educator and business consultant who is a founding member of the INTERNATIONAL NANNY ASSOCIATION. INA's mission statement is to serve as the umbrella organization for the in-home childcare industry by providing information, education and guidance to the public and to industry professionals. As INA members we abide by a Code of Ethics, committed to maintaining high standards of professional conduct and integrity. We have developed a solid reputation for providing excellent service to both our families and our nannies, helping us to become the premier nanny agency in New Jersey.
As NEIGHBORHOOD NANNIES directors we have highly professional attitudes and we instill and expect all of our nannies to adhere to the highest ethical standards while working for your family. We value and support all of our families in whatever form they exist: traditional mom and dad roles, single parent families, same sex parents, grandparents raising children, co-parenting divorce situations, supervised visitations, etc. We are sensitive to the specifics of each family and will match you with a nanny who supports your family's dynamics and needs.
We also value and respect our nannies. We care about their needs and concerns so that they are free to dedicate themselves to the well-being of your children. Over 90% of our nannies have been referred by their friends who are very happy working with us.
